Principal, and founder of Forster Systems Engineering in 1990, Albert Forster holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Technical University of Munich. He was awarded an Alexander von Humboldt scholarship and did his post-doctoral work at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena. He also earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Forster began his career with the German Aerospace Agency developing equipment for ESA's Mission Giotto - Halley's Comet. During this period he also developed computerized test equipment simulating airplane flight patterns for a hydraulic test facility. With over twenty years experience in research, development and engineering management, he has been instrumental in providing technical leadership to start-up companies in commercial and medical fields.
